Detailed Itinerary
After picking up at your hotel, you will begin a tour of the ancient capital of the Inca Empire.
You will visit:
- Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun)
- Sacsayhuaman
- Q’enqo
- Puca Pucara
- Tambomachay
During the visit you will learn about the history of the Incas, the colonial architecture and the importance of Cusco as a political and religious center.
At the end you will return to your hotel to rest.
Accommodation
Hotel in Cusco.
After breakfast we will start the excursion to the Sacred Valley.
We will visit:
- Pisac and its archaeological complex.
- Pisac artisan market.
- Urubamba (subway lunch).
- Fortress of Ollantaytambo.
In the afternoon you will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night.
The guide will hold an information meeting to prepare the visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

Very early you will take the bus to Machu Picchu.
You will take a guided tour of approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, touring the main authorized sectors according to the assigned circuit.
You will know:
- Agricultural terraces.
- Sacred Square.
- Temple of the Sun.
- Temple of the Three Windows.
- Intihuatana (when the circuit allows it).
- ceremonial and urban sectors.
Then you will have free time to take pictures.
Finally you will return by bus to Aguas Calientes to board the train to Ollantaytambo and then continue by private transport to Cusco.
