Peru Cumbres operates in accordance with Peruvian legislation aimed at protecting children and adolescents, as well as the policies promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) to prevent the sexual exploitation of minors within the tourism industry.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Peru Cumbres maintains a strict Zero-Tolerance Policy toward any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, or trafficking involving children and adolescents.
We do not tolerate, facilitate, or participate in any activity that violates the rights of minors.
Whenever necessary, we will fully cooperate with the competent authorities in accordance with Peruvian law.
